How should I care for my products?

The fabric we use to make our crib sheets, changing pad covers, swaddle blankets, knot gowns, and maternity robes are very delicate. Due to the delicate nature of our fabric, we advise that you do NOT wash these items with abrasive fabrics such as zippers, buttons, Velcro, etc. In order to preserve the color and prevent pilling, we recommend using a gentle, phosphate-free detergent (i.e. Woolite, Dreft, or Free & Clear) and washing on a delicate or gentle cycle. Most of our customer have found that line drying these items have lengthened the life span of these particular items.

For all products:

  • Machine Wash Cold - Gentle Cycle 
  • Phosphate Free Detergent Recommended for Color Care 
  • Line Dry / Air Fluff 
  • Do NOT use Fabric Softener

When will my order ship?

Orders will depart from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (this does not include transit time with the carrier).

Estimated Expected Delivery for US Standard Shipping is 5-10 Business Days.

If you have any special shipping requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number to order@lovebabybox.com We do our best to accommodate these requests but are unable to guarantee they can be fulfilled.

Can I cancel my order or change my address after the 24-hour period has passed?

If you would like to cancel your order, our team does its best to accommodate these requests, as long as the status of the order is unfulfilled. Please send an email ASAP to order@lovebabybox.com with the subject and content of the email stating, "CANCEL ORDER ####"

If you are requesting a change of address, please email us ASAP and include “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line, with the correct address within your initial email inquiry. We do our best to honor these requests, but it is not always possible with the high volume of emails we receive.

*Due to tax implications, address changes must be within the same state.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that these changes are made prior to fulfillment, and once an order is fulfilled, we cannot cancel or change the address.

Lost & Damage & Return & Refund

If the packages are lost or damage, plase send an email to order@lovebabybox.com

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since the item has shipped, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

International Returns

Due to the high cost of shipping for our customers, all international purchases are FINAL SALE.
